I have come across this quote many a time in my life. This pave the revolutionizing way to my thinking . Mental health is balance between life activities and effort to achieve psychological resilience. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), mental health includes “subjective well-being, perceived self-efficacy, autonomy, competence, inter-generational dependence, and self-actualization of one’s intellectual and emotional potential, among others”. Most of us don’t notice when we are mentally upset, but when something goes wrong in our physical ability we immediately catch up to the doctor for consultation and seek medication. Physical health is  the most precious one in relation to the mental ability ,both of these are considered to be the two wheels of a car to achieve the highest pinnacles of  life. Mental detoriation occurs when the person is dead weight under  his rejection, when he is at the cusp of drowning in the ocean of miseries of his life, when he feels like he is at the edge of knife of his survival, when he witnesses that there is no cog in the wheel of his life , ultimately he feels disturb and mentally ill. There’s always a lacuna in doing worldly affairs and that lacuna of his life, results in his stumbling survival. Mental discomfort occur because of some biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry, may be the consequence of life experiences, such as trauma or abuse and also result of family history of mental health problems.  Sign and symptoms of malformation of brain are: eating or sleeping too much or too little, pulling away from people and usual activities, feeling numb or like nothing matters, having unexplained aches and pains, feeling helpless or hopeless, smoking, drinking, or using drugs more than usual, feeling unusually confused, forgetful, on edge, angry, upset, worried, or scared, yelling or fighting with family and friends, experiencing severe mood swings that cause problems in relationships, having persistent thoughts and memories you can’t get out of your head, hearing voices or believing things that are not true, thinking of harming yourself or others, inability to perform daily tasks like taking care of your kids or getting to work or school. All these are the severe ailments and need to be resolved on time to become the responsible citizen to carry the carriage of life.  Mental health care allows people to realize their full potential, cope with the stresses of life, work productively, make meaningful contributions to their communities. In these days of self quarantine one may feel such consequences , he should follow the fruitful ways to maintain positive mental health as, seeking professional help through telemedicine in this hard time of pandemic, connecting yourself with others through telecommunication, by staying positive, doing some  physical activities  such as walking and yoga, getting enough sleep because proper sleep enhances your immune system and ultimately increases your brainpower. One could cultivate the positive culture in his thinking to disprove the dreary kind of life. If you don’t limitize the venom of this mental distress it will circulate to whole body and will become extraordinarily harmful. It’s the right time to stop this stigma from dissemination and to lead the life with serenity and peace.
